Coming from Iowa or Illinois take I-280 and take Exit 11A (to Andalusia).   At the stop light, turn left.  Stay on Andalusia Road (78th Ave. W.) to W 29th St.  Turn right (sign for Rock Island Sports Complex) and quickly turn left (after the railroad tracks.
